Shipping & export

How we ship to the UAE

Every piece is packed in custom protective crates, fully insured, and shipped from India to the UAE by air freight for smaller work or by sea freight for large floors and panels. Table tops and smaller pieces usually arrive within a couple of weeks of completion; large flooring and wall projects are scheduled and made in sections for straightforward assembly on site.

We handle the export paperwork and coordinate with your preferred courier or freight forwarder to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or your emirate. Any local import duty or VAT is payable on arrival, and we share full documentation and final photographs of your piece for approval before it leaves Udaipur.

It depends on the size and detail. Smaller pieces are often ready in a few weeks and arrive shortly after by air; large floors and wall work are made in numbered sections on a schedule we confirm with your quote.

How do I pay from the UAE?

We accept international bank transfer and other standard methods, usually with a deposit to begin and the balance before dispatch. We confirm the full amount and terms in writing with your quote.

Can I see the piece before it ships?

Yes. We share photographs at every stage and final photos for your approval before anything leaves our Udaipur workshop, so your piece arrives in the UAE exactly as agreed.
