Shipping & export

How we ship to Vancouver

Every piece is packed in custom insured crates and shipped from India to Canada by air freight for tables, panels, and smaller work, or by sea freight to the Port of Vancouver for large floors and installations. Smaller pieces typically arrive within a couple of weeks of completion.

We handle the export paperwork and work with your courier or a customs broker for clearance through the Canada Border Services Agency. Any import duty or GST is payable on arrival, and we share full photographs of your finished piece for approval before it leaves Udaipur.
